Formatting options for dynamic forms
Would like the ability to format custom forms similar to other word processors:
- Adjust font sizes, colors
- Paragraph styles
- Inserting tables
- Adding images

Need to be able to adjust the font of labels in dynamic forms. When creating a custom form for a note, the labels are a smaller text, and cannot be bolded than the answers. Would look much nicer if font properties could be adjusted for the label and the response.

Hello,
Can you please add some form of HTML coding so that when we write evaluations and other progress notes in the custom forms, the text doesn't turn into one huge block?
As it stands, any new lines, spaces, or new paragraphs all end up crammed together and it looks unprofessional, and it difficult to read. -

More options:
- Font: color, bold, size, style
- Logo
- Boxes/ borders
- have features like Microsoft WORD has
- Be able to unlock to edit, VS having to do a copy from last form and update
- be able to have multiple columns within the column - similar to the TABLE option that you have in Microsoft WORD; or excel
- Able to archive the dynamic form of the client notes, vs delete. -

It would be great if we could import a PDF into the custom forms and then populate fields for signatures and entries. I'm paying for an annual subscription to Docusign on top of Theranest as I cannot use my custom intake and consent forms (they are specially designed for my niche) and I feel like I am wasting money because of the limitations within Theranest for customizing forms.

Within the Dynamic Forms, having a form element that simply adds a blank space in the form. Also adding text elements, such as Bold face, Italicized, or underline.
These features are purely cosmetic, in order for the client to view the form with more accuracy and allow the 'Print' version to be visually pleasing for clients to reference outside of Theranest.

It would be great if we could add tables to custom forms not just rows.

some sort of predictive text field option would be amazing. like if client selects X, then Y options are shown, if client selects Y then Z options shown as dropdown/checkbox whatever. Would help make forms way cleaner looking.

It would be great if we had the ability to create our own custom form for our practice or the ability to edit an existing form to look like we wanted it to.
Features I would like to see include: auto populate the fields from the client, print the form or letter out to be sent in the mail, customize the header with our logo.
Custom reports that we can run for financial information, sometimes you just need to see it from a different perspective. Thanks!

Right now, even though the text shows up on different lines when I go to print it puts all the text on the same line.
Allow text to be on different lines when we hit return (line break) -

Currently in the form it can either be 1 or 2 columns. It would be great to have the ability to make sections in the form that can have either 1 or 2 columns. For example first section of form is 1 column. Then new section it has 2 columns then new section back to 1 column.

Create a note template that provides drop down items and check boxes for interventions.

The font on the pdf does not copy and paste well. There are some "forms" that have information that need to be entered into the progress note also. When I copy and paste from the note pdf, it pushes words together. Also, the pdf of the note does not look professional. A different format or font would help the documentation appear more professional.
