Notify staff when intake forms/custom forms have been completed
The progress notes would alert the assign supervisor that the note is completed and awaiting their review. Being as though I have a PRP agency, we do not use the forms that you guys have therefore I had to create forms that fit our agency. I love the feature that the supervisor would receive an alert to approve a note however I need this feature to work for custom forms. Also I suggest that custom forms be made available on the mobile IOS app. Thanks

Thanks for submitting feedback! We've reviewed the comments and most of the feedback relates to progress notes that were created using Dynamic Forms before we released Dynamic Progress Notes. With the release of Dynamic Progress Notes, supervisors will be alerted when a custom progress note has been completed.
For intake documents, staff members assigned to the client will receive an email when the client has completed forms on the Client Portal. It would be very helpful to be able to receive notifications when a client submits/completes documents through the portal. At my practice, completion of portal documents triggers the ability for a client to schedule their first session with me. Please let me know if this option already exists.

I am the virtual assistant and I need to know when new clients complete their intake paperwork. Currently the email goes to the owner of the practice, which is great, but I also need to get the email. Is it possible for the email to come to both me (I have the same permissions as the owner) as well as the owner of the practice?

Add option to allow tracking of completion of custom forms in reports. For example, it would be helpful if custom progress notes or Treatment Plans could be tracked for completion like the built-in forms.

As an agency with volunteer supervisors housed off-site, it would be great if you could have a way to turn on alerts for custom forms.
Example: Person A completes a custom form (say GHC Counselling Progress Note), and the supervisor of Person A is alerted that this note needs to be signed (provided that is the way permissions are assigned).
