Implement an hourly or flat rate for staff payroll
Instead of percentage, is it possible to set up a set pay rate for the staff. For example, I pay my therapist $30-40 hrly regardless of the insurance so each client they see is the same pay rate.

Agreed. I would appreciate if we had the option with payroll to be per session.

Not all clinicians are paid a percentage. The ability to pay per hour would make the payroll feature much better and one that we would use.

An easy solution to this would be adding the ability to sort by therapist in the detailed client attendance report. You can sort by date range, location, service type, etc. but not by provider, which just doesn't make any sense. Right now I have to run the report for everyone's kept sessions and count down the list how many clients each provider saw (and of course there are no line numbers to speed this up). With 22 clinicians, this takes forever! Thanks

This is how we pay therapists also. It would be great to be able to set that up per clinician and also for employees - set up for admin (non-billable) work.
This would make your program EVEN BETTER! As it is we cannot use it for payroll.

I suggest that a dollar amount be added to the staff payout option. My practice allows staff to chose a percentage contract or a flat rate option. However, I have to manually calculate payouts for staff who are paid a flat rate.

The percentage options works great - but one of my therapists is paid a flat fee for session by me. Let's add that option!

I agree with the comment below. It should be a flat rate based on the service type.

This would be a great alternative to a simple %. To further it- I would love to be able to break down a percentage and flat rate based off of the type of service being provided or the codes being submitted.
It would also be nice to have a simple report of how much time a therapist provided rather than having to compile and extract the information from invoices.
