Be able to bill and do notes from the calendar as well as the agenda.

I would love to be able to schedule my client on the calendar and then click on the scheduled area which leads me directly to the note that already has the correct service date on it because it's attached to the date you created it. I'm afraid I'm going to mess up and create something on the created date by accident the way you currently have it. If you click directly from the calendar and the date carrys with that click, I know I'll have no worries of that. The company I came from before this one did that, and it appeared so much smoother.

I know I have suggested this feature over 5 times in a lot of different ways as well as other therapist. pleased Allow us to add a progress note from the calendar screen and not have to go to the agenda every time to add a note. If I am on my calendar screen, It will be very beneficial to identify a note I have missed or not completed and add the note right there. please. thanks

This would be the most helpful update for me! I look at my calendar much more than I look at my agenda. There would be so much less need to click on different pages if I could just click on the appointment and add my notes that way.

Also, when looking at the appointments in a client's profile, being able to add a progress note, if one is missing, from there - specifically, in the "action" column, add the option to "add note".

Ability to "click" on an appointment in the Calendar view and create a corresponding Progress Note for that appointment/date/client? (specifically if a note has not previously been created?) Similarly go from the Calendar View (not Today's Appointments/Dashboard) to an existing Progress Note.

I love that we now can link our progress progress notes to the calendar, and now go directly to those written notes from the calendar. Hoping you can take it just a step further... maybe the white note symbol for a connected note, and be a red note symbol indicating a missing note- but we can click on it to create the note straight from the calendar appointment.

It would be helpful if there was a way to write a progress note from the calendar page, rather than just through the dashboard. I prefer to use the calendar page as my main "home" page. When I click on scheduled appointment, the box that opens allows me to edit the appointment, but not write a progress note. This would be a helpful feature to allow for more efficient note writing!

This would be great! Would save so much time. Or at least have a new progress note default to last scheduled appointment date and time that is in the calendar!

I agree with this. Also, if I click on it from the schedule than hopefully it will go directly to the note and not to the case list first...

Have a progress note button so that the progress note is populated with the date time and type of session. It would be nice to have this button in the calendar as well as the appointment tab.

I enjoy the link from the dashboard to progress notes, but would also like a link from scheduled appointment from the calendar in the event that I don't complete a note (or set of notes) then I can view the calendar schedule for that day and complete outstanding notes more easily.

I agree with this - your dashboard doesn't allow me to go further than 1 week; therefore, I rely on my calendar to remind me of notes I missed and I can't just enter notes from the Calendar.

It would be a vast improvement to be able to access appointment Notes from the Calendar. I feel this is a vital element that is missing from the software. I would like to be able to click on the Client's name from the Calendar where I have their appointment scheduled, and have the option to access their appointment progress note. This would be to enter new notes as well as view entered notes. Thank You.

I have found it difficult to learn how to get around in TheraNest for the Cases and Progess Notes. My suggestion would be to have better instructions on how to get around for the Progress Notes and help us understand what cases are and how they should be used or examples of how a client would set their cases up. We are only using one case per client unless they are also in a group session as well as Individual session. This way it would be easier to find the Progress Notes for all individual sessions and group sessions. Having a one-click access from the calendar appointment to the progress note might not work in this situation unless programmed correctly.

Yes! I would love to be able to click from the calendar appointment and go straight into a progress note for that day! Also, I would love to be able to see if I've already created a progress note for that client...so I don't try to do it again! ;-)

Enable going to a new note progress template directly from an appointment on the calendar with one click, with date and time prepopulated in the note template to correspond to those of the appointment.
