    I agree, it's still important to have a Progress note for each session that would reflect work on the treatment plan. I then created my own form entitled Private Psychotherapy Note that would contain the more detailed and protected info. Thanks to Theranest for having an article on this :)

    It would be a vast improvement to be able to access appointment Notes from the Calendar. I feel this is a vital element that is missing from the software. I would like to be able to click on the Client's name from the Calendar where I have their appointment scheduled, and have the option to access their appointment progress note. This would be to enter new notes as well as view entered notes. Thank You.
