  1. Double booking override

    If I have double-booking disabled for my calendar, allow me to override that setting when creating an appointment. I may want to make an exception for certain appointments.

  2. Return to the Agenda after creating an invoice

    If I create an invoice from the Agenda, then have TheraNest return me to the Agenda after I save the invoice so I can keep creating the invoices for that day.

  3. Clickable link in appointment notes

    If I add a link to the notes field in a client's appointment, make it clickable so I don't have to copy and paste it into my browser.

  4. Maintain historical appointment information in previous time zone

    If I update my time zone, keep my historical appointment information in the previous time zone rather than update it to the new time zone.

    When viewing my appointments in my synced calendar, have the practice name displayed because I work across multiple practices that use TheraNest.

  6. Delete appointments if staff member removed from group

    If I remove a staff member from a group, delete all of their upcoming appointments on their calendar for that group.

  7. View 3-4 days on the calendar

    Allow me to adjust the calendar so I can view 3-4 days at a time. I want to view more than one day but less than a week so I can see the appointments better.

  8. Hide details of event appointments

    When I create an event appointment on my calendar, allow me to hide the details of it from other staff members because I don't want them to see details of my personal appointments.

  10. Make calendar & agenda filter separate for showing non-client events

    Make the setting "show non-client events" function separately on the Calendar and Agenda. I may want to view non-client events on the Calendar, but not on the Agenda.

  11. Change default to weekly when scheduling recurring appointments

    When scheduling recurring appointments have the default be "weekly" because that's used more often than "monthly".

  12. Don't immediately send new appointment/changed appointment emails

    When I create a new appointment for a client or edit an existing appointment, don't send them an email right away. Sometimes I may make a mistake and I want to be able to correct it before they get the email.

  13. Add clients to group and existing telehealth appointments

    If I have a group with existing telehealth appointments on the calendar and add a client to the group, have them added to the telehealth appointments with a link so I don't have to recreate the appointment.

  15. Distinguish between billed and paid appointments when viewing the calendar

    When viewing a client's appointment on the calendar, allow me to easily identify if the session has been invoiced and if the invoice has been paid.

  17. Create cancellation status for holidays

    Allow me to update an appointment and mark it as canceled due to a holiday to distinguish this type of cancellation from a client cancellation.
