An error occurred while saving the comment Yes. We would like to reorder our tabs in the portal. Or at least use alphabetize instead of the date created? (If that is what is used, we thought they were alphabetized, but added new form duplicates for IND and Group sessions, now our Group forms are at the end - instead of next to the IND form that matches.).

An error occurred while saving the comment Autosave all forms! Our clinicians lose their forms on occasion and it would be nice to have an autosave as it does for the default forms that were included with the platform.

An error occurred while saving the comment Our forms often have extensive areas of simple checklists that take up too much space- sometimes three pages!! Two columns do not fit the rest of the form, so a table would really make things look a lot better and drastically shorten some forms with checklists.

An error occurred while saving the comment I really like this platform, however, I do not like the low functionality of the forms. I have to say, this is a huge pitfall.
An error occurred while saving the comment The formatting for the forms has : pre-populated. We need these removed, sometimes we will need to add a different punctuation.
Two columns do not work for entire forms, and having three pages of check boxes takes up too much space.
Allowing tables to be inserted would allow three columns of check boxes to take up less space and look much better.When speaking to the person selling this service (Theranest), I was told that the forms could be customized further to our liking with all of these adjustments without any problems soon as we subscribed - only to find out I had to create a suggestion. :)
We also need the clinician's signature to be auto-populated into the forms as we can the client's name. Some of our forms need to be sent to court-ordered caseworkers, and we have to use a completely different system for these forms. We would like to be able to have more functionality to reduce the number of systems the agency has to use to complete all the daily tasks. Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Because we have to use an abbreviated name to fit it into the tabs, because we have so many tabs, I would greatly appreciate being able to hide the name. For example, I use Intake Assessment Adult and Intake Assessment Minor - to differentiate the two forms. However, I would like to have the actual form name "Biopsychosocial Intake Assessment" - so I can add this in the form area itself.
Or you can create "Name of Form" and "Name of Tab" so we can have the two different.
