Yes this is an absolute MUST. this needs to be corrected immediately

Allow client to electronically sign their treatment plan through the client portal. Currently, they have to print it out, sign it, scan it, and send it back.

Please add this feature!! This is something that should be available. During the times of COVID and being virtual we need to be able to allow client's to sign their treatment plans virtually. 8 months into the pandemic, this should really be integrated, please!!

Allow for patient signature on ISPs via client portal.

This feature is necessary for maintaining best practice standards and being able to regularly update treatment plans. This is especially necessary to allow equitable access to services during COVID-19 and using telehealth. Please add soon!

We will need this feature to remain productive as our clients are all Telehealth. This will soon be a must have feature for our agency so we would greatly appreciate seeing TheraNest adding this feature.

Hi, I'd like to request that client's be able to be sent treatment plans via the patient portal so they can e-sign directly in theranest. Also, I'd like to request that custom forms have the same feature/ability for the client to e-sign through the patient portal. Now with telehealth, it makes it difficult to obtain signatures. We work with marginalized, low-income communities so it makes it more difficult for them to have access to a printer to download and print an attachment to sign and scan back to us.

I also agree that it would greatly improve how valuable TheraNest is to our practice if you all make this an option for one to be able to esign their Treatment plans and Initial Assessments. Many therapists are now working with clients virtually and this option to esign will be most valuable. I know there are other options out there but to be able to do all of this in house with TheraNest would be most appreciated. Thank you.

This would be a huge benefit in using your program. In light of COVID the majority of my clients continue to meeting through Telehealth

We really need this also! With telehealth being the practice and not actually being in the same room, each individual client needs a way to see and sign the treatment plan. This is a requirement by law in our state. Thank you for working on this!

We really need this! I just had to purchase another $200 program to be able to do this for my staff. For a group that specializes in working with kids, especially while it's remote, this is a necessity.

This would be SO helpful. Some of our school-based therapists are having to work remotely/serving students via telehealth, due to Covid-19. It is very difficult to navigate the signing of treatment plans if they can't do that easily through TheraNest - many students and families don't have the ability to print/sign/scan/return...
