    Hi, I'd like to request that client's be able to be sent treatment plans via the patient portal so they can e-sign directly in theranest. Also, I'd like to request that custom forms have the same feature/ability for the client to e-sign through the patient portal. Now with telehealth, it makes it difficult to obtain signatures. We work with marginalized, low-income communities so it makes it more difficult for them to have access to a printer to download and print an attachment to sign and scan back to us.
