Select which intake forms to send in client invitation
Add ability to select which intake forms will be sent to different clients when they are invited to the client portal.

Please! This would be extremely helpful! There are intake forms that some clients don't need to fill out but others do and we can't switch back and forth who gets what but we also can't tell them to skip that "extra" form.

I would appreciate that this be followed through on. This was suggested 2 years ago and I find this to be a major lacking feature. It would be nice to control which forms are sent to each patient.

We have English, Spanish, and Japanese intake forms. I can't send all to every client. Just as Simple Practice does, I would appreciate being able to being able to check which forms get sent to each client.

I would like to see the client portal have a record of some sort of which clients have gotten an invite to the client portal. There is no way currently for myself or a team member to see if a new client got sent a portal invite. I'd say that's pretty critical to have.
Also, the ability to change what forms go to whom. Right now, the portal doesn't allow me to send say, a child or couple intake form, to some clients, but not others who don't need a child intake or couples intake. There needs to be a way to send different forms to different people, depending on their needs.

I run a Speech-language, feeding, OT and PT practice. We need the option to send different intake forms to different clients. As it stands now, we are paying for a service that forces us to send ALL intakes to ALL clients, which is not relevant. If we have information that MUST be filled out by certain patients but not by others, this becomes a problem and appears very lazy/unprofessional on our end since they are receiving all intake forms (some of which are totally irrelevant to their case). PLEASE VOTE!

We need to be able to specify which forms are filled out by which clients according to service type and then sent to the clients via portal email.

I would also like to send Spanish language intake documents to only those clients who require them, and I cannot do this now. It would be so helpful to be able to click which documents we can send to clients, as Simple Practice does.

I have different forms for children and adults. I also have different forms than the other provider. I would like to control which documents get sent to which clients instead of having to send them all.

Separate the intake forms so people won't be forced to fill out ones they don't need. So they are not confused.
