Hello, I would like to suggest an option for each client to be billed "in-house" based on the services they receive from each assigned therapist, like an Excel spreadsheet formula. For instance: if talking on the phone is billable at $20 per occurrence and a therapist does that 2 times in a month, is there a way to have an invoice in the "client details" area that can do the math to have the amount for the 2 sessions = $40 in a final amount location? (The same would apply for additional lines for different service types). Also, Can there be an option for a total at the bottom of the form? I have attached an example invoice that demonstrates the request.
