An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Is it possible to have a note section in the awaiting submission screen. I would like to be able to note what is happening with the claim and why it has not been submitted. Example: waiting on paperwork/ waiting on note to be completed etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be nice to be able to put a note on a claim or claims in the awaiting submission section of the billing. For example - Needs DX, or Need to call Ins., Need to ask Therapist a question, Waiting on such and such.
It would be nice to have the ability to put a note and have it shown by the name of the client or somewhere on that screen where you don't have to open the claim to see what is being done on it.

An error occurred while saving the comment In the ERA's is it possible to have a column identifying which insurance plan paid? When there are two insurances from the same group -for example if a client has two Anthem plans. It would be nice to know which plan paid - even if the ID number was just listed by the name of the insurance.

An error occurred while saving the comment I would like the ability to include more in the memo note of the statement. I don't have enough to explain the balance, how to pay and payment options.

It would be great to have a way to note/label or flag the claims in the awaiting submission file. Sometimes the claims are in the awaiting submission and I want them there to remind me that they need submitting however, there is a reason why I can't submit them yet. It would be great to be able to note that. It would also be great to have it right by the name of the client so that I or anyone submitting claims can see it and know not to submit it for whatever reason. Color coding the notes would be nice as well.
