   THerNest, please make it possible for a supervisee/clinician to sign their own note and then have a place for the Supervisor to sign the note after reviewing it.

   This makes most sense to have a place for two signatures: the supervisor and the supervisee/clinician. It's very frustrating that Theranest doesn't have this function.
