Offer a feature to indicate that the appointment max for a particular date has been reached. For example, let's say a therapist has a daily calendar availability ranging for 10 hours on a given day. However the Therapist only wants to see a maximum of 8 clients per day. Once that daily max is reached, the system will require an override to book additional appointments on that day. This way, if clients are booking via the client portal, they will not be allowed to book an appointment on a day where the max has been reached.

Is it possible to add appointment staff the the claims awaiting submission report. Some claims are awaiting submission due to missing progress notes. We need to easily identify the appointment staff and notify them to enter the progress note.
This progress can be very efficient if we can sort the report by appointment staff not just rendering provider.
