I have a new client who entered her credit card information initially upon sign-up to the client portal, as well as filled out all of the initial forms. She no-showed her first session. My policy is to charge clients the full amount of the session for a no-show. How come when I attempt to charge the client, it doesn't show that she has a card on file?
It would be nice if the card that clients enter upon sign-up would actually be able to be charged, without having the therapist re-enter it. I think this is especially relevant given the need to do virtual sessions which are not face-to-face.
