    Ability to print in 2 columns for the custom progress note. The code on your end has a formatting issue for printing in 2 columns, it defaults to printing in one column even when the form is created with 2

    Please fix formatting on your custom progress notes feature. Currently when you print custom progress notes it only allows you to print 1 column, please allow for 2 column printing so that notes dont end up being 10 pages long

    We have to use all custom notes, treatment plans, intakes, ect. to adhere to insurance standards. This format does not allow for the clinician to sign and date and lock the notes and we need to be able to do this on our custom templates. It also does not allow for the diagnostic code to be correlated for billing purposes to custom notes only your progress notes.
