I notice that Practice Chat automatically adds a check mark to each new item anytime someone looks at the messages sent in it. However, the visual field is so small that there could be four or five chat messages to me from someone else, and I've only seen the one at the bottom, but all five get checked off as if I've acknowledged all five messages. I think that the person receiving the messages should be checking off each message one at a time in order to assure the sender that each message was, indeed, seen and acknowledged by the receiver.

I'm both the org admin and a therapist. I enabled text notifications, but now I keep getting non-standard replies about scheduling from clients who aren't mine, as well as clients who are mine. I need to be able to select to only see my clients as the therapist and not have the disruption of receiving nonstandard text alerts from clients who aren't even mine.I need to be able to turn off replies coming to me from other providers' clients.
