As an LPC, I create a progress note to submit to my supervisor for review. If she signs the note, the note comes back to me to be signed; however, I must click on each note individually, click to go to the signature page, click to sign, and then click to return to view other missing notes. I saw on the Supervisor's view of progress notes that there is a feature to sign all notes with the click of a button to the right of the note. If my supervisor has signed the note, I do not need to re-read it... I simply need to sign it. It would be great if LPCs could sign all supervisor-signed progress notes at one time.
I see 30 clients a week, and to sign that many progress notes by going into each individual note is very time consuming. It'd be great to have the same feature as supervisors.
