I agree and am wondering why this feature has not been incorporated into the program yet. In OfficeAlly and other billing software, a user can click on the ERA link to open up an actual PDF similar to the paper copy explanation that insurers used to mail providers. This ERA form is very important as it tells us WHY a claim was rejected or paid at a lower amount.
It's very disconcerting to see information in the ERA tab in theranest that are random dollar amounts -- if we could simply see the actual ERA that would answer a lot of questions. It does exist as it seems like Theranest has it somewhere and is reformatting the information into that tab -- but the actual original information direct from the source, the insurer, would be most helpful for us. Please add this!
