PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE move the "Enter Insurance Info" button. I simply click the button to add info. and then lose all the information. I agree with Jessica Wilcox. This causes me SOOOOO many problems. GRRRRRRRRRR Autosave?

I agree with this completely! Sometimes I do not see the flag on the screen, especially when I hit the button to enter into the insurance information. It actually doesn't seem to be logical to have to save the info, as there is a link that says - enter insurance information. Perhaps THAT is where the save button should be.. it gets me EVERY time and then I have to enter in ALL the information again. Autosave would be SO HELPFUL>

This continues to be an issue and is truly making me question leaving Theranest. It is very confusing to have to create a new case- when a diagnosis changes. It also creates a new client- by using a different variation of their name. This means that it is also linked to PAYING MORE to for a higher number of clients because of a diagnosis change!!! How can this make sense to you and how can I help you to understand that this continues to be a SERIOUS issue that needs to be addressed for both legal and ethical reasons???? Please DO contact me, if you don't understand why this is IMPERATIVE !!!
