TheraNest just got rid of the ability to list diagnoses as rule outs. A greater majority of our diagnoses are rule outs, so this greatly impacts us. We do psychological and neuropsychological testing, so at the intake the diagnoses are often not known- that's why they are referred for testing. So the diagnoses are listed as rule outs instead until testing is performed to confirm the diagnoses. We now no longer have the ability to do this, which impacts our practice. TheraNest just suddenly got rid of this function, and doesn't offer an alternate to continue allowing this to be an option in any way.

Request for the client portal to not automatically allow for clients to create their own charts. We have the client portal link on our website so clients can log in to pay their bills, manage scheduling, etc, but we are now learning that new prospective clients are also clicking on this link to create their own client chart and we are not aware they are doing that since TheraNest doesn't notify you when they do, and so we are not also aware to contact them after they have done so. This has also created in a client having multiple charts if they create a chart through the client portal link and then also call the office to schedule, which gets confusing. We would like for the client portal link to not automatically allow clients to create their own chart, or at least give the option for us to disable this particular function on the portal link.
