An error occurred while saving the comment This is still an ongoing problem for us. Our old physical machine and the current virtual terminal we use both have this capability. It's a very common feature in the world of credit card payments, so Theranest really needs to make this a priority.
An error occurred while saving the comment We've made this request multiple times over the last several years, but we really need the ability to do partial refunds on credit card payments taken in Theranest. We don't do them often, but when we do, our only option is to send the client a check. But then there's no way to remove that payment in the ledger, which makes our year-end revenue look higher than it actually is, which affects our tax burden.
An error occurred while saving the comment We need to be able to give partial payments for overpayment. Unfortunately, charges go through faster than refunds, and so clients can end up with 2 charges for some amount of time, which could put them over their limit.

As we have grown we have several staff who work only behind-the-scenes and never use the calendar to schedule anything for themselves.Yet their names clutter the Staff drop down list when scheduling clients and meetings for staff who do actively use the calendar. Ideally for Active Staff in Details we'd have an option such as: Do Not Display on Staff Calendar List. That way we could declutter the long list that shows many people we never schedule anything for.
