    I spoke with Yriel who was very helpful and recommended I submit this info for assistance. The state of PA Medical Assistance requirement is having client's sign the encounter form (teletherapy and in person sessions). This encounter form that is attached has all information required/mandated by the state. How can this form be placed into TheraNest and bbe sent to clients for their signature during the session? Or does it need to be recreated? Either way, we will need help with Theranest tech person. We prefer having the encounter form that is attached. Appreciate your help? Thank you.
