It would be most helpful to have a drop down of the client's assigned diagnosis available for each note, within the note (not case folder). Most of my client's have more than one diagnoses. I do not always know which diagnosis is going to be addressed when the client comes in for a session. For example: If a client has the diagnosis of PTSD, Depression, AND GAD in some session GAD and depression may be addressed, in another, just depression, in another just PTSD, AND yet another can address all the above. The way your system is set up, I have to chose which diagnosis (es) is going to be addressed before I can begin a note. I often, have to start a note with one diagnoses for the session, then change if after the client leaves my office. This is a problem for me and happens 8 out of 10 sessions a day. It would be wonderful to have a case folder for the client, then have available a drop down menu of the client's diagnosis for each note, so that it could be selected from at the end of the note.
