    Hey Theranest team,

    We've been working on using the client portal for our different needs and one feature that would be very helpful to us is to be able to make the "Demographic" information required within the portal, as well as the ability to customize which demographic information is displayed within the portal.

    Additionally, it would be very helpful if there were a way for clients to upload digital documents via the portal.
