An error occurred while saving the comment Adding a word count to any note (progress notes, treatment plan, etc.) so we know how many words we have left. It's highly inconvenient to run out of space but not know when, so we have to go back and guess what to delete to make space to finish the notes. xx/xxx format at the bottom of the box is what I'm thinking of.
There's no way to track goal progress/goals. It's very difficult to see progress in clients and keep track of goals at all. I'd like to be able to see a chart of progress across time for each goal.
