I know how to make new forms in theranest and send out intake forms. I need to be able to customize the form I created in theranest, so when I send it to the client in theranest, it saves the custom information.
For example - a generic form that the client signs to agree to a payment plan - I need to be able to enter the agreed upon payment amount for that specific client, and then send them the form to agree to and sign.
At this time I have to do a whole workaround where I input the custom details and then save the form as a pdf then go to my email outside of theranest to send it to the clients email - but then it is no longer a dynamic form, which defeats the purpose.
This creates a huge inconvenience when you multiply it by dozens of clients, so if it is not a feature, we would love to strongly suggest it as a feature.Virginia Aviles

It would be very useful to have a sort feature on the agenda - currently there is a button to remove non-client entries, but it would be great to filter out cancelled/rescheduled appts so what I'm viewing is only the the active appts for the day.
