    The calendar doesn't sync correctly. All my appointments that show up on Google Calendar are an hour off.

    SImplePractice has you beat in this regard it was so much easier to sync my calendar and keep my schedule up to date. This is time consuming and inconvenient which are two things that slow business down and possibly cost me time and money.
