An error occurred while saving the comment Appointment duration in Detailed Attendance Report should match the length of time the therapist enters with their Progress Notes. I have therapists that are scheduled to see a client for 60 minutes, but sometimes they end up seeing the client for 75. We bill based off the detailed report, so we need it to inform us when sessions are longer or shorter than 60 minutes based on the therapist's input.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be great to have an option to mark a client's appointment status as "holiday." This would allow us to still see that a client had an appointment that day, but was canceled due to a holiday. It would also allow us to see more clearly that neither the therapist nor the client canceled the appointment.

An error occurred while saving the comment I am looking for a way to run reports with the clients name populated in the CSV as LAST NAME, FIRST NAME. The billing we do is always by the clients last name.

We specialize in in-home care. For our therapists, it would be very convenient if we could set the location of the appointment as the client's home. Then in the therapist's appointment reminders in Apple Calendar or Google Calendar it will have the name of the client and the location already set.
