    hello. was speaking with caylen on 6/9/22 and he mentioned theranest does not allow a partial refund to a credit card payment. the MAJOR problem with this is that the tool does not warn you of this and even makes you think a partial refund is processing as you change the values and submit the refund. this is HUGE as it causes reputational risk by having to ask clients to pay again and affects the change of money between organizations which may not guarantee timely repayment and therefore ages payments that were already submitted. please fix to either just now allow refunds in the tool or to clearly let people know partial refunds are not allowed and even though you typed in the partial refund, a full refund will be processed. after the refund has been submitted is too late. thanks!
