On the Progress Notes screen, right near the "Planned Intervention," have a date field for "Next Appointment Scheduled for" so therapist can fill out the date agreed with the client. Once saved, if that field is populated, the system should automatically create the next appointment on the calendar for that client.
On the Session/Progress Notes screen, somewhere near the "Planned Intervention" field, add a new date field labeled, "Next Appointment Scheduled For" that allows the therapist to enter the date that was agreed with client in that session for their next appointment. Once saved, if that field is populated, the system should automatically create a new appointment on the calendar for that client.
