    Agreed, we prefer to keep a record of prospective clients rather than just deleting them. Allowng them to be archived directly from the list would be very helpful.

    We have 13 rooms at one location and 6 at the other with 26 therapists. Having the ability to filter the calendar by Location/Room/Appointment Time would be amazing. That way when last minute room changes need to occure, the therapist can determine at a glance which rooms are available.

    A simple report which listes hourly timeslots as the rows and each room with its own column would do fine. The only information that needs to be detailed would be the therapist's name and maybe an option to include the client's name.
