Client payment override does not work if a client has two separate cases under the same client. For instance, if you have one client who sees a therapist for individual therapy at a sliding scale rate, that clinician would input an override amount. However, if that same client then begins family or couples therapy with a different clinician at a different rate (which would be under a different case), the override payment overrides that payment as well. There needs to be some way to differentiate over ride payments by case, not by client.

The idea of a client flag is great, but I think it warrants the opportunity for organizational mayhem to have the function of flags as blanket, generalized items (like "appointments in the afternoon only") that any clinician can add (leading to, I imagine, a long list of duplicates or individualized flags that aren't of use to others). Rather, it would be useful to have it as a client-specific function that is found on the client details page, specific to that client. For instance, I would like to add a flag to one of my client's accounts as a reminder that their abuser is due to be released from prison on XX date. It would be helpful if, every time I opened this client's account (or even as an asterisk that, when hovered over their name on the calendar or agenda page), the flag is displayed.

    Thank you for your consideration!
