Many of our clients see two clinicians at our practice (typically for individual and family services). However, the payment rates and our sliding scale offerings change depending on the experience level of the provider or the type of service (ex: individual therapy might be $125 but Family is $150). When the clients utilize sliding scale, we use the payment override but can only do an override for one of their payment amounts. This messes up the payment amount on the alternate provider and then someone has to change the invoice manually each time. Could we get an added function so the payment override is actually linked to each case? That way the override can apply to the same client with two separate providers and reflect their fee correctly?

It would make billing so much simpler if once an appoinement is marked as "kept" if an invoice would be created based on the service type automatically instead of manually. Almost every other EHR I've worked with does this automatically and it seems odd that it isn't automatic in Theranest as well.

We would love a report for client credits that need to be refunded to more easily track client refunds from insurance payments or overpayments etc.

Certain form elements should be allowed to be required to be filled by the client. This is especially important for insurance billing as Legal Gender, Address, Legal name, and Phone number are all required by insurance for the claims filing.
