    I also think a two-way sync is important. Sometimes I need to schedule personal appointments/networking meetings/etc. during my normal work hours. It would be very helpful to - at the very least - have events from my Google calendar imported as blocked time with the event name attached. This way I won't have to check/update two calendars before scheduling a client.
