    When a billing statement is emailed to the client, the client receives the billing statement as a PDF document. Within that email is a message that contains, "Attached is a statement from XXX. If you have any questions, please contact us."

    Please allow editing access to the billing statement email message. Many organizations would be able to provide additional clarity on rates, contact information, insurance updates, ect...
