Besides putting the location in the calendar view of appointments, you could also add a filter which shows a "location" view, and/or room view, so that perhaps the clinician and location shows.

It is IMPERATIVE that the "location" of our appointment blocks are viewable: we have 20+ therapists and interns vying for time in some 7 rooms. The appointment blocks are NOT color coded to location, but only to the default blue or a staff's custom color.
A Google calendar per room allowed for a default room color so we could easily see what location was available. * Now that we are moving from google cal to your system, we have to click on the small black bar in the center of each appointment block (if we can manage that without missing), then use the tiny edit submenu, and open each appointment block in a given time slot, just to see which location may or may not being used.
This is EXTREMELY time inefficient, and does not reflect the reality of what your customers working in offices require. It opens the window for mistakes.
We need something where we do not need to open others' work/appointments, using edit prompts, in order to view location availability. It's just too risky: you should understand booking rooms accurately and swiftly is not a casual matter but is CRITICAL to avoiding liability. We cannot afford to have client appointments moved accidentally, and we need to be able to book on the spot. One therapist shouldn't be able to accidentally move an entire series of another's bookings.
This can be avoided by allowing color coding of rooms with some color square or circle etc in a corner of each location - and having an all-up legend viewable at all times, with customizable colors for each location.
AND/OR the name of the location readable in any calendar view.Joel Shane supported this idea ·
A Location view filter also would be a good solution if you didnt want location appearing in each block in the calendar at all times, or show/hide location. Color coding a small square to organizations custom location preferences as an option would be ideal too: rooms at a glance.
