    email links go to spam sometimes. clients are more responsie to sms messages overall.

    For staff members that only have "default", "billing", and "therapist" permissions. These staff are able to run payroll reports to see their income, however, it based on projected income and is not matching up the actual payroll reports I run as an administrator. It's creating a sense of distrust among the staff.
