   Clients page needs to be fixed. I need to be able to see both the clients name and the option to archive and I can't because the scroll bar at the bottom/top doesn't show up if the client is in the middle of the list!!!

2. Allow percentages in addition to dollar amounts for copay column

   Add more options for copay amount (i.e. there are some people that pay 25% of their contracted rate)
