    Have note open in new window so, you do not have to keep drawing up a report after every note you write.

    Please allow a custom form to have client signature that they can do with their finger like on the intake paperwork and allow for multiple spots to place this signature on the intake form.

    I want to use a Release of Information form electronically but cannot because there is no legitimate signature.

    Develop a way that the treatment plan can be originally signed, re-opened without removing original signature so that it can be reviewed, a place to make comments, and then on the same treatment plan offer review signatures versus having to develop a new treatment plan. Offer review reminders every 90 days.
