    When prescribing medications that require tapers or titrations, we should be able to combine multiple steps to one prescription. For example: lamotrigine 25mg -1 tab po daily X 14 days (step one) with start & end date, lamotrigine 25mg -2 tabs po daily X 14 days (step two) with start & end date, lamotrigine 100mg -1 tab po daily (final step). In addition to that, I do not see any start date options for new prescriptions to even do this separately.
