Allow telehealth participants to dial in using their phone
Add a call in feature where clients, family members, ect can dial in if they don't have access to internet but should join in on group sessions

Other telehealth platforms, such as Google Meets and Zoom, offer the option for clients to either click a link to join the session or dial into the session for audio. For clients who are less comfortable with technology, the dial-in option with a specific phone number for the session would be helpful. This also allows for providers in states that do not allow for audio-only telephone calls for telehealth to offer sessions to clients who are not comfortable signing into a video session. This may also bypass some technical and connection issues.
