How can we improve Telehealth in TheraNest?

Include client URL in Telehealth appointment reminders

I switched from Therapysites telehealth platform to TheraNest's platform. The one difference I am noticing so far is that when I scheduled a telehealth session in Therapysites, they automatically send the client a session reminder and a "go to session" button to their email. This was great as it helped to streamline my practice and cut down time manually emailing clients the URL. Will TheraNest work on adding this feature in the future?

Today we released an update to the Email and Text Appointment Reminder settings that allows you to include the unique client URL for telehealth sessions.     This has been the biggest problem with converting to telehealth: Often have to spend the first 5-7 minutes of each session providing tech support to my client, helping them get back into the portal because they forgot their password, or sending them the URL, etc.

    If you included the link for the meeting in the reminder text, it would save us time from having to send that separately and the client receiving multiple texts.

    I would like for the automatic reminder emails sent to my clients about their appointments to include the link for their Telehealth session.

    Having to copy and send the link for TeleHealth is a huge waste of my time. Can you please address this to help me stay with your company?

    Most of our counselors use the telehealth within TheraNest...but not all. (Some use other HIPPA compliant platforms.) Therefore the ability to turn it on or off per provider would be ok. Additionally, many of our providers LIKE the ability/control to send it out shortly before the session...not two days before...some want it sent to the cell, others to the email. To name a few reasons for my opinion... 🙂

    Please include telehealth links in an auto-reminder emails and texts to client to cut down on confusion and make this service as smooth as possible!

    I would like to see auto-reminders to include the link to teletherapy appts if that particular appointment is checked as teletherapy session. As of right now, I have email every client, every week seperately to send them their teletherapy link which is taking up a lot of time! And I also caught myself several times copying and pasting the link to a different appts to different clients. This also poses a danger to client privacy because each link has the client's name on them. Lucklily, I caught myself and I am very careful with it, and doublecheck everything. But this can all be avoided if the autoreminder function, automatically recognizes that this is a telehealth appt and therefore should send the link for the clients to use on that reminder email or text.

    I have client reminder emails set up for the day before and would love if that email message included a link to the session so I didn't have to start the day sending out 8 links to video sessions.

    coul you add a feature where the reminder for appt can also include the telehealth link. Sending separate manual notices and links is more cumbersome than other clinical software I use (simple practice) . Thanks!

    including a link to the client portal with the appointment reminder would simplify the process for both clients and clinicians. I respectfully ask that you include this feature. Thank you.

    In other management systems, a link to the Telehealth session is sent along with a reminder for an upcoming session. Can this be added to TheraNest?
