Automatically schedule clients on a cadence after Initial Assessment
I have used Therapy Notes in the past and after the Initial Assessment, you could select if the client was going to be seen weekly or bi-weekly or monthly. If the client was going to be seen on the same day and time for each appointment as is most therapists habit, they were automatically rescheduled for their next weekly, bi-weekly or monthly appointment.

Create appointments prior to 2017
When creating an appointment on the calendar, allow me to choose a year prior to 2017 in the appointment dialog so I can add in historical data for patients. Changing the calendar is too tedious.

Allow me to alert other staff members (besides just the provider) if an appointment is added to the calendar.

Add "Fully Paid" indicator group invoices on agenda
If all the clients in a group appointment have a fully paid invoice, then add the "fully paid" indicator on the agenda, the same one that appears for individual appointments.

Don't send cancellation email if appointment has passed
Sometimes an appointment may be cancelled verbally with a client, but I don't have a chance to update it in the system until the next day or two days later. When clients get the cancellation email, they get confused because they think it's for a future session (even though the appointment date is included).

Add and report on drive time
Allow me to block off drive time on my calendar or enter drive time on an appointment and allow me to report on how many hours of drive time I have for a certain time period.
