Automatic rollover to 2021
I've noticed that when I am scheduling for an appointment in January, the year doesn't automatically roll over to 2021 -- and then the appointment doesn't going into the calendar. This is when I'm scheduling from the Client Details page - it's not an issue of course if I am clicking on the date I want from the Calendar. I hope that's an easy fix.

reschedule appointment from client chart
Instead of delete being the only option when viewing appointments in the client's chart, please add Reschedule or Cancel as options.

Line up designated therapist colors in the calender
Our office has 11 therapists and scheduling staff need to see all therapist's schedules at once to schedule accordingly for room and location availability. It would be extremely helpful if each color assigned to each therapist would automatically line up on the full calendar view. It is hard to distinguish who is available and when because the colors are all over the place for each day.

Make appointment notes more obvious
Have an icon or an alert show in the calendar view if we have a note on an appointment. I know a preview of the note is displayed on the appointment block, but those can be easily overlooked given how much other information appears on the appointment block.

More options for recurring appointments
Allow me to select from more options when creating recurring appointments. For example, I may want to schedule an appointment on the first three Mondays of the month.

Remove staff display order if staff can only view personal calendar
If I enable the setting for a staff member to only view their personal calendar, then remove the staff member display order under the staff member's Preferences. I want to keep the names of our staff members private.

If I change or cancel a client's appointment, send a notification to the client's contacts in their contact network.

Indicate payment status on appointment
When creating or editing an appointment for a client, allow me to indicate the payment status for that appointment on the actual appointment (prepaid, unpaid, credit, etc.).

When I create a group appointment, have the service type listed in the case automatically be selected for the appointment when I create an appointment for that group.

Make it optional to freeze the calendar header
Allow me the option to freeze the calendar header (filters, days of the week, etc.) because sometimes I may want to see more of my calendar.

Show Rescheduled Appointments On Agenda
Leave reschedule appointments on the agenda with the status rescheduled. It would be helpful to see that an appointment has already been rescheduled in the status in the agenda then just seeing it was cancelled.
