Customize how appointments are color-coded
Allow me to set how I want my appointments on the schedule to be color-coded. I may want them color-coded by provider, location, etc.

Yes, please make it work like Google Calendar where you can change colors with a right click and select. Also please float the dates and make them bold and large at the top of the page so if you scroll down the date doesn't disappear. Same should be true for the left right button so in Week mode you can see the week selector button without having to scroll back up to find it.

Having a seperate color options for cancellations, confirmed appointments, etc would be beneficial to see from the Agenda and the Calendar screens.

would like to have in color total # of upcoming appointments, canceled, late canceled, no show and kept appointments in color at top of page similar to money owed in ledger to give brief synopsis of client retention in file.

so each clinician - could have more than one appointment at the same time but each appt would be a different color....currently they are the same color.

Very difficult to tell what is available and what is not when scheduling online. Would be nice to give a color code cheat sheet whats available. All white areas available etc. Until you click on it and try to schedule you don't know if gray or white are available. Causes frustration for clients.

Enable a color coding system whereby the user can use different colors for different event. I.e. clients = blue, webinars = pink, personal appointments = yellow etc. Also for offices where there are more than one user on Theranest, each user could have the ability to set up their own color coding system.

I like the color coding of the appointments by staff member, but can we also add their name to the quick view details?

Color coding appointment types by location would be helpful to our practice as we have multiple locations and therapists that work at 2 or more locations throughout the week.

I use color coding when scheduling appointments. Its gives me a super quick way to glance my day based on various session types. This would be an awesome addition to Theranest.

Would be helpful for scheduling if it were possible to see a red dot indicating a cancellation or a different color so that you did not have to go into the weekly or daily view to confirm the slot is open

It would be helpful to at least have two separate color codes for 1) client appointments and 2) events. Expanding to more categories would also be helpful as others have stated.

It would be nice to be able to assign colors to individual appointments. This could be used to highlight different types of appointments or even types of insurance. Like blue for Premera etc. Or colors for different types of appointments, like green for hypnotherapy, red for psychotherapy, yellow for intakes etc..

The blocked out time would be a different color than appointment times and not count in the total encounters for the day.

As a previous commenter noted, I also would REALLY like the ability to color code my calendar to designate meetings, appointments, lunches, vacation etc. It would be much easier to read and help with time management

It would be much easier to look at a glance and “see” my day/week without having to read it. Also helpful when looking at times for clients quickly in session, to see what’s blocked off.
