    Grey out previous days on calendar. Also allow option to change color of appointments on calendar, similar to google calendar.

    Yes, please make it work like Google Calendar where you can change colors with a right click and select. Also please float the dates and make them bold and large at the top of the page so if you scroll down the date doesn't disappear. Same should be true for the left right button so in Week mode you can see the week selector button without having to scroll back up to find it.
