Expand features for handling child/minor clients (notes, contacts, intake etc.)
Create a separate feature for reminder calls & email that include a parent contact. or a box that differentiates between a child client versus an adult client, therefore insurance information and contact information would be specialized.
It would be nice, if you work with children, to have child friendly notes as well as a section specifically in regards to separation / divorce - a place to list information such as custody arrangements, etc.
Minor child clients require additional informed consents. It would be helpful to be able to customize which intake forms go to new clients when inviting them to the client portal.

If additional phone numbers and emails could also be added that would be great!

I work with a lot of kids and it would be great if contact information for both parents could be listed. As well as a spot where you can indicate the custody and rights situation so you know how to contact both parents and if you can.

This often comes up for minor clients with divorced parents.

When a child has divorced parents sometimes it is necessary for each parent to be able to submit their own paperwork for the child. It is definitely necessary for each parent to be able to submit their own consent & authorization for services.

I have kids from split families. There is usually a primary responsible party, but I occasionally need to bill the other parent for phone consultations or the like. I need a way to send an invoice to that parent that shows THEY (not the other parent) is responsible.

TheraNest should create a section geared towards the assessment of children and adolescents.

Many of the details are specific for adults - e.g., bathing and household information. My clients are children so would be great if there were more specific questions for kids.
