Clarify "Notes" Text Box Purpose on Appointment Window
Entering progress notes is not intuitive for staff. They immediately think the "Notes" text box is where progress notes should be entered. It is suggested that the title of that box be changed or clarified (like note related to scheduling -not progress note) or something that makes the user realize it is not the progress note. Second part is maybe a link from the appointment directly to the progress note (the same way it links from the agenda).

The word "notes" on the appointment scheduling screen has our therapists thinking that is where the progress notes should be written. Changing that word to Comments would help lessen the confusion
