Report on eligibility checks
Allow admins to run a report to see who performed an eligibility check and on which clients.

Often we know when a particular insurance plan will no longer be effective... particularly with Medicaid. OR at least, when redetermination is considered. I would like to be able to NOT have to do eligibility checks every month or for "active" to also mean eligible and put an "effective until" date. Even if it's a little green check beside the payer name that identifies it's been checked and verified.
